Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time:

Handmade dresses typically take 2-4 weeks to be created and prepared for shipping.

Ready-to-wear dresses are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:

Domestic Shipping (within Jordan, Saudi Arabia):
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.

International Shipping:
Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days.
Expedited Shipping: 5-7 business days.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking:

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the email.

4. Shipping Restrictions:

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
International shipping may be subject to additional customs fees and import taxes. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility:

Handmade dresses are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to their personalized nature.

Ready-to-wear dresses can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt if they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

2. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@noorkhalifa.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

4. Refunds:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
